The refund took longer than I expected, and yeah, it was a bit slow. But it did come through eventually, so in the end it was fine.

I ordered from Chicsew and had a question about my order, so I sent them an email thinking it would be a simple thing to sort out. Days went by and I still hadn’t heard anything back, which made me uneasy since I had already paid.
I tried following up again, but it still didn’t feel like I got a real answer. It gave me the impression that either nobody was checking messages regularly or customer support just isn’t a priority, and that’s really frustrating when you’re waiting on something important.

Maybe the dresses themselves are perfectly fine, but based on my experience, the communication needs work. If you’re thinking about ordering, I’d suggest giving yourself plenty of extra time and maybe reaching out with any questions before buying, just to see how quickly they respond.

Ordering was easy, and the prices were clear enough, which I appreciated. The only annoying part was waiting longer than expected for the confirmation email. Whoever runs this should probably speed that part up a bit. Other than that, it was a good experience so far.

I had a feeling the color might be different in person, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. It ended up looking a bit darker than it did in the photo.

I went with custom sizing for my dress i’m glad I did. I was a little nervous at first, so I just took my measurements twice to be safe and sent them in. The dress fit really well when it arrived, pretty much spot on. I only had to make a tiny adjustment to the straps, which didn’t feel like a big deal. If you’re between sizes or don’t want to gamble on a standard size, custom sizing just makes sense. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

The dress is and overall I think it’s decent for the price, so I want to be fair about that. It fits okay and looks nice on, but the stitching wasn’t as neat as I expected. Not a bad purchase, just not perfect.

The delivery ended up being later than I expected which was a bit annoying because I kept checking for it, but when it finally showed up everything was in good shape and nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t perfect but it worked out fine in the end...

The dress is really pretty, but I did have to get the sleeves and waist altered a bit for a better fit.

No hassle, no long wait, just got what I ordered.

The color was close to the photos too, which was a relief. I used it for bridesmaid dresses and it draped really nicely. I’d definitely buy again...
